Lean Agile Global (#LAG21) is run as an affordable not-for-profit conference with a focus on supporting our community in a friendly, diverse, inclusive and safe environment.

This is the 9th year we are organising this conference. In its first 7 years the conference was known as London Lean Kanban Days (LLKD) and, for 2020, we rebranded as Lean Agile London. Due to the pandemic, the conference became the Lean Agile Global virtual conference.

As a community-focused event, our purpose is to create a conference with soul where people can fully engage and share experiences with others. A place where people can go beyond the constraints of the video-conferencing tools and engage in the spontaneous conversations and interactions we experience at in-person conferences. The feedback we received from the attendees of the 2020 virtual conference was superb.
